Important for International Customers

Ready to go for all our USA customers. The charger we use for the Penguin is 100 volt through 240 VAC and will work on a 220 VAC system, provided the electric cord is configured for that system. (in other words you might just have to change the male plug for our international customers.)
Unfortunately, we do not provide cords for the 220 VAC system, so the customer will have to obtain it from a third party vendor as most customer just plug into a standard 120 volt wall outlet.

Steambrite processes shipments daily by Fedex, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as a using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
