Take Nacogdoches Rd 2 Miles north of Loop 1604, turn left onto Marbach Lane, travel 1/4 mile and turn left at 18975 Marbach Lane, travel 1/4 Mile down the driveway. Once you pass the security gate, travel 500 ft and look right at the gray building.

When dropping off and picking up your equipment:
Steambrite is not responsible for theft or damage to your property while it is at our facility undergoing repairs or while being stored and awaiting pickup. Steambrite employees will gladly assist in the unloading and loading of your merchandise, but are not responsible for any damage that might occur to your equipment or vehicle. It is the customer responsibility to confirm there equipment is loaded and secured properly for transportation.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: THE REMEDY OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF ANY DEFECTIVE GOODS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEAMBRITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES PROPERTY DAMAGES, OR PERSONAL INJURIES.

Steambrite processes shipments daily by Fedex, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as a using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. While the Steambrite website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (San Antonio, TX). Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
