The TurboForce T-11 is a replacement trigger-gun and internal valve assembly used on the TurboForce TH-40 Turbo Hybrid hard-surface cleaning tool. It may also serve as a replacement for compatible General Pump DG4000S- and DG5000S-style rear-entry trigger-gun installations.

Important TH-40 Installation Information

THE REPLACEMENT PLASTIC HOUSING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PREDRILLED MOUNTING HOLES REQUIRED TO ATTACH THE ORIGINAL TH-40 TRIGGER SYSTEM.

When installing this replacement gun on a TurboForce TH-40, you must use one of the following installation methods:

Drill the required mounting holes: Carefully position the replacement trigger gun and drill the mounting holes required for the TH-40 trigger mechanism.
Reuse the original plastic housing: Remove the new internal valve assembly from the replacement gun and install it inside the original TH-40 plastic housing, which already has the required mounting holes.

Retaining and reusing the original housing is generally the preferred option when it is still structurally sound and the existing mounting holes are undamaged.

The pressure rating shown above applies to the replacement trigger-gun component. It does not increase the operating-pressure rating of the complete TurboForce TH-40 cleaning tool.

TurboForce rates the complete 12-inch Turbo Hybrid tool for operation at pressures up to 2,500 PSI. Never exceed the lowest pressure or temperature rating of any component in the complete cleaning system.

Before Ordering

Compare the photographs and connection sizes with your existing trigger gun.
Confirm that your original TH-40 plastic housing can be reused or that you can accurately drill the required mounting holes.
Reuse only mounting hardware and fittings that remain in safe, serviceable condition.
Installation should be performed by a qualified service technician familiar with high-pressure cleaning equipment.
