Can I use the TH-40 with a portable extractor?
Yes, if the portable extractor or add-on pump system provides enough pressure, flow, and vacuum recovery. The better the pressure, heat, flow, and vacuum, the better the cleaning speed and dry-down.  Usually automatic waste water dump is nice since you might be processing up to 2 gallon per minute.

Does this replace hand scrubbing?
On many jobs it greatly reduces hand scrubbing, but heavy grease, deep grout lines, neglected floors, or mineral buildup may still require pre-treatment, dwell time, agitation, edge detailing, or repeat passes.

Why add the Cobra hand wand?
A 12 inch spinner is excellent for open floor areas. The Cobra hand wand is better for corners, edges, stairs, shower walls, vertical surfaces, and tight areas.

Can it clean concrete?
