Description

These solution hoses are built for the most demanding pressure and heat requirements of today's high heat and high pressure truck mounts. These ¼" solution hoses are rated at 3,000 PSI and 250˚ F. The steel braid construction gives the hoses both strength and flexibility. Plus, the composite rubber exteriors are non-marking, too. Solution hoses meet manufacturer’s specifications for all high temperature truckmounts. Each 160’ section includes male pipe fittings and protector sleeves on both ends.

Please note: one side of the is hose is 3/8" MipX (swivel) and the other is 1/4" Mip
The swivel is disigned to help with installation on a live reel so you do not have to twist the hose over itself during the installation.
Why 160 ft? This is because a Live Reel holds 160 ft of 1/4" ID solution hose. This matches what is usually installed on a live hose vacuum reel.

The live vacuum reel would have three fifty foot section of 2" ID hose along with a 10 ft leader of 1-1/2" Id vacuum hose. Then both hose sets match.
