Important Installation Notes

• This pump may be installed upside down in some Nilfisk / Advance machines.
• Check your original inlet and outlet orientation before installation.
• If plumbing does not line up, the pump head may need to be unbolted, rotated 180 degrees, and reinstalled on the motor.
• Pump head color may ship as gold, black, or blue depending on factory supply. Color does not change performance.
• Some machines use 1/4 in. pipe connections; others may require optional 1/4 in. MIP to 3/8 in. FIP adapters.

Will this fit my Nilfisk or Advance machine?
It is commonly associated with Nilfisk / Advance part numbers 56113074 and 56113117, but always compare your original pump’s voltage, mounting, port size, and plumbing direction before ordering.

What if my machine uses 3/8 in. plumbing?
This version uses 1/4 in. FPT ports. If your machine uses 3/8 in. pipe, add the proper 1/4 in. MIP to 3/8 in. FIP brass adapters.

	Optional 3/8" Fip X 1/4" Mip Brass Bushing Adapter **Does your original pump have or use 1/4" connections or 3/8" pipe connections? If so you might want to purchase some of these bushing to convert 1/4" pipe to 3/8" pipe connections. Please note a 1/4" pipe with a ruler is 1/2" across OD and 3/8" pipe is 5/8" OD. On some Kaivac, US Products, Hydramaster, Advance, and Nilfisk machines have installed 1/4" connections and no bushing required.  The Pumptec 204v series head installed originally is also 1/4"  Most machines today use the 3/8" connection system (see optional pump below.)
