Constructed with standardized 5/8" particle board framing, each frame is fully glued and stapled to create a durable, rigid enclosure around the media pack. The media utilizes corrugated aluminum separators to maximize airflow and structural integrity, featuring a high-capacity pleat design (36 pleats per foot). Internally sealed with heavy-duty urethane sealant, it features a 1/8" thick perimeter gasket on the exhaust side to prevent bypass and ensure a secure seal. Airflow can pass through the filter in either direction for flexible installation.
