The Clean Storm 20230715 Air Duct Cleaning Package combines the equipment needed to perform professional HVAC duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning into one coordinated system. Instead of purchasing the duct-cleaning tools, vacuum source, compressor and fogging equipment separately, this package combines the HydroForce Air Wave AC040 with a high-airflow HEPA vacuum, commercial gasoline-powered air compressor, ULV cold fogger and a case of Sporicidin disinfectant.
The package is built around the Air Wave AC040 pneumatic duct-cleaning system. Compressed air powers the included pusher and reverse-blast cleaning tools to loosen and move dust, lint and debris through ductwork while the connected Clean Storm vacuum provides negative-air collection.
Why This Package Uses a 13.8 CFM Air Compressor
Compressed-air volume is extremely important when operating pneumatic air-duct cleaning tools. Small compressors may reach the required pressure but can lose pressure quickly during continuous use.
The Air Wave system recommends approximately 12 CFM when continuous cleaning is desired without repeatedly waiting for the compressor to recover. This package includes the BE Pressure AC658HB, producing approximately 13.8 CFM at 90 PSI, making it much better suited to continuous professional Air Wave operation than a small portable electric compressor.
The AC658HB uses a commercial 196cc Honda GX200 gasoline engine, an 8-gallon air tank, belt-drive single-stage compressor pump and wheelbarrow-style frame for job-site portability.
335 CFM Clean Storm HEPA Vacuum System
Collection is provided by the Clean Storm 20230111, a commercial triple-vacuum-motor wet/dry HEPA extraction system producing approximately 335 CFM airflow and 108.1 inches of water lift.
This vacuum is especially well suited for air-duct and dryer-vent cleaning because it combines high airflow with a large 20-gallon stainless-steel recovery tank, pre-separation system and multiple filtration stages.

HydroForce Air Wave AC040 Duct Cleaning System
The Air Wave AC040 uses compressed air and specialized cleaning balls and tools to loosen debris inside supply ducts, return ducts and dryer vents. The system can be used with the included Clean Storm HEPA vacuum to capture loosened material while cleaning.

ULV Cold Fogger
The package also includes the FGI Smith AS40 / 190695W electric ULV cold fogger. The fogger has an approximately 1.7-gallon tank, adjustable flow, flexible application hose and adjustable nozzle for applying compatible water-based formulations.
The flexible hose makes the fogger especially useful when accessing confined areas. Always use chemicals strictly according to the chemical manufacturer's label directions and observe all required personal-protection and ventilation requirements.
Sporicidin Disinfectant - 4 Gallon Case
Also included is one case of Sporicidin RE-1284F Disinfectant Solution containing four 1-gallon containers. Sporicidin is an EPA-registered, ready-to-use disinfectant. Always follow the current product label for approved surfaces, applications, dwell times, PPE and application procedures.
Important: When fogging or misting any antimicrobial product, follow the chemical manufacturer's label and applicable OSHA respiratory-protection requirements. Do not apply a disinfectant by fogging unless that application method is permitted by the product label.

Electrical Requirements
The Clean Storm vacuum operates on dual 120-volt power cords and can draw approximately 32 amps total with all three vacuum motors operating. The two cords must be connected to suitable independent electrical circuits. (16 amps per power cord) Verify available job-site electrical service before operation.
The included BE air compressor is powered by its own Honda gasoline engine, so it does not consume the electrical capacity needed by the vacuum system.
