Durable Quincy 3.5 HP, 60-gallon vertical stationary single-stage compressor has a small footprint and produces higher CFM per horsepower to deliver more air to get jobs done faster. Limited warranty covers both consumer and commercial applications for extensive protection and low cost of ownership. Low RPM, extra-quiet pump has cast iron cylinder, crankshaft and valve plate, plus aluminum head for maximum heat dissipation and long life. 1-year limited warranty. Quincy 60-gallon air compressor and register online within 10 days of receipt, and it will double the package warranty to 2 years and triple the pump warranty to 3 years (parts and labor). Most air driven air duct tools need 12+ cfm and this system is great for that.
No gasoline needed to make the air you need. Save hundreds of dollars a year!
Plug into dual 16 amp 120 volt outlets on separate phases to make 240 volts at your customers home with provided power supply. Power supply box has a built in phase locator for ease of use.
You will still need to make a jumper hose from the 1/2" ID X ? feet, to connect the 1/2" Female pipe on the air compressor to the 3/8" female pipe connection on the side of the reel based on the layout of your van or trailer.
You optionally could install a 1/2" ball valve on the air compressor to be able to turn off the pressure off the hose reel and hoses to add hose life expectancy.
Air compressor will arrive without a power cord so we provide the 4 foot NEMA 10-30 Plug and cord in this kit and mates with the Reverse10-30R Power supply box. The cord is easy to install as you will simply remove the cord cover box and attach the 3 wires to the 3 screw terminals and re-attach the cover. Air compressor is prefilled and accepts 40 weight non foaming pump oil. Oil will have to be changed after break in period of 50 hours and then every 200 hours after this (about once a year) See bottom of this webpage for optional oil for air compressor pump. Oil level should be filled half way up oil site glass.
We can custom make a 1/2" ID X 200 Psi X 1/2" Mip X 3/8" MipX Swivel Hose depending on distance you require for about $90 + shipping.
Compressor kicks off at 135 PSI and back on at 110 PSI.
