Tips and Additional Information

Typically, technicians cut the 28.5-inch strands in half to install 12 strands into each mounting hole, resulting in an effective 14.25-inch length. Installers can also stagger the filaments within the mounting holes to achieve a wider 16-inch cleaning path when paired with a 16-inch centering support ring. Always inspect the mounting block for wear or debris prior to inserting new filaments to ensure a secure, snug fit.
