Tips and Additional Information

Installation & Setup: To install the TurboBrite XL, unthread and remove the standard rubber or plastic cuff from your 2-inch ID vacuum hose. Screw the body of the TurboBrite tool directly into the spiraled interior of the raw vacuum hose end. This provides a super-snug, airtight fit that prevents air loss and eliminates disconnects inside ductwork. Use the included 5/64" Allen wrench to set, adjust, or replace the whisker whips securely in the head housing prior to operation.

Pre-Operation Inspection & Equipment Protection: Inspect whip tightness and turbine freedom before inserting the tool into ducts. Ensure your vacuum system delivers at least 250 CFM for proper whip rotation speed. When connecting to truckmounts or dry HEPA recovery units, consider adding an inline water spray dustdowner system (such as Clean Storm 54676554
