Vac motor upgrade is from the standard 2 stage vac motor, to a high performance 2 stage motor, which generates a 30% vacuum increase. The machine uses 1 1/2 inch hose, but uses 1/8 inch solution line, so be sure to note that it needs 1/8th inch quick disconnects.
