Setup and Directions for Use

Fill the Tank: Fill the fresh water tank (the open chamber without the transparent dome lid) with hot tap water.
Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded, dedicated outlet. Use a 20 Amp outlet to run the heater, or leave the heater switched off if only a 15 Amp outlet is accessible.
Attach Accessories: Securely connect the 25-foot vacuum hose, high-pressure solution hose, and the internal spray detailing wand.
Seal the System: Ensure the transparent vacuum recovery tank lid is sealed tight and the rear dump/waste valve is completely closed.
Pre-Treat Surfaces: Apply your designated fabric prespray cleaner directly to the vehicle upholstery or carpet. Agitate the cleaner gently using a soft-bristled upholstery brush.
Prepare the Rinse: Add a formulated rinse agent (such as Shazaam Flush Rinse or Royal Flush) to the freshwater tank at a ratio of 0.5 to 1 ounce per gallon of water.
Extract: Turn on the vacuum and pump switches to rinse and extract the fabric. For stubborn, deep-set stains, treat locally with a dry-cleaning solution, re-apply prespray, agitate, and extract again.
Drainage and Cleanup: Once finished, empty the recovery tank by lifting the waste dump valve over an appropriate disposal drain. Any remaining fresh water can be cleared out by vacuuming it directly into the waste tank with the end of the vacuum hose. Rinse the waste tank thoroughly with fresh water and leave the dump valve open to air-dry.

Important Maintenance & Safety Tips

Freeze Protection: Never store the machine or its accessories in freezing conditions. Ambient freezing will destroy internal pump lines and the heater core.
Electrical Safety: Ensure the grounding pin on the power cord is fully intact and always plug into an authenticated, grounded electrical outlet.
Moisture Control: Monitor your recovery tank levels closely; do not allow liquid or chemical foam to be drawn directly into the vacuum motor stack.
Chemical Restrictions: Do not use solvents or flammable products inside this machine.
Heater Longevity: Never activate the heating element dry. Always prime water completely through the pump lines before flipping the heater switch.
Scale Prevention: Because this system features a high-efficiency heater, use only designated, formulated rinse aids. Avoid standard raw chemicals to prevent scale and hard water deposits. Descale the machine at least once per month with a dedicated descaling solution.
Valve Protection: Check for debris sitting inside the dump valve track before closing it. Forcing the gate closed against trash or grit will permanently slice or compromise the rubber O-rings.
