PMF CV25SB 18-Inch Internal-Spray Crevice Tool with 500-PSI Brass Valve
Apply cleaning solution and recover it from narrow spaces while keeping the spray contained inside the tool. The PMF CV25SB is a professional stainless-steel extraction crevice tool designed for automotive interiors, upholstery seams, carpet edges and other confined areas that conventional hand tools cannot reach.

Contained Internal Spray for Tight-Area Extraction
The solution jet is located inside the vacuum chamber rather than outside the tool. This configuration directs cleaning solution into the pickup area, where the vacuum can immediately recover the loosened soil and moisture. It helps reduce uncontrolled overspray around seats, consoles, baseboards and nearby dry surfaces.
The narrow, extended stainless-steel body reaches into confined areas where a standard upholstery tool or carpet wand is too wide. A thumb-operated vacuum-release slide lets the technician reduce suction when the tool seals too tightly against fabric or carpet, while the vinyl-covered grip helps isolate the operator's hand from the metal tube.
Common Applications
Automotive carpet beside seats and center consoles
Spaces between removable upholstery cushions
Seat seams, pockets and narrow fabric channels
Carpet edges and perimeter areas along baseboards
Recreational vehicles, boats and transportation interiors
Confined areas requiring both solution application and vacuum recovery

Important Pressure Information
The 500-PSI specification is the maximum rating of the CV25SB brass-valve configuration; it is not a recommendation to clean every material at 500 PSI. Begin at a low pressure and increase only as needed for the fabric, carpet and soil conditions. Test an inconspicuous area first and follow the material manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
For applications requiring a valve rated above 500 PSI, select PMF's separate CV25S-ST configuration with a stainless-steel valve rated up to 1,000 PSI. Do not operate the CV25SB above its 500-PSI valve rating.
What Is Included
One PMF CV25SB internal-spray crevice tool
Factory-installed brass trigger valve
Internal stainless-steel solution tube and jet
High-pressure solution whip
Not Included: A male quick-disconnect plug is not included with the CV25SB and must be purchased separately if needed. Quick-disconnect styles can vary among extractor systems, so select a compatible fitting for your solution hose. Vacuum hose, solution hose, extractor and cleaning chemicals are also not included.
CV25SB Versus External-Spray Crevice Tools
The CV25SB places its spray jet inside the vacuum chamber for more contained solution delivery. An external-spray model leaves the jet exposed, which offers a direct view of the spray but can create more overspray in confined interiors. Choose the configuration appropriate for the access area and material being cleaned.
Fitment and Operating Check
Confirm that the extractor and solution hose use compatible 1-1/2-inch vacuum and solution connections.
Inspect the valve, whip hose, fittings and internal jet before each use.
Connect the vacuum hose and solution line only after relieving stored pressure.
Test spray direction, vacuum recovery and material colorfastness in an inconspicuous location.
Flush chemical residue from the solution path after use and allow the tool to dry before storage.
Internal spray works best between 200- 450 psi water pressure.
Fitment Notice: Similar PMF crevice tools are offered with different spray arrangements and valve ratings. Match PMF part number CV25SB , the 500-PSI brass valve and the required connections before ordering.
