The HydraMaster 000-038-015 is a liquid-to-liquid (water-to-water) heat exchanger core designed for use in HydraMaster CDS truckmounted carpet cleaning systems.

This heat exchanger transfers heat from the vehicle's engine coolant system to the truckmount's high-pressure cleaning solution, helping produce the hot water required for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The heat exchanger uses a liquid-to-liquid heat transfer design, allowing heat from the vehicle's cooling system to warm the cleaning solution without mixing the two fluids.

How the Heat Exchanger Works

The HydraMaster CDS liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger uses heat generated by the vehicle's engine to increase the temperature of the cleaning solution.

Hot engine coolant circulates through the heat exchanger, transferring thermal energy to the cleaning solution passing through the separate high-pressure circuit.

This design recovers heat from the vehicle's cooling system, reducing the need for a separate heating source.
