I purchased the Karcher 2.644-533.0 eco!Booster 3000 as an accessory for my Clean Storm 0241006, 3000 PSI, 3 GPM wall-mounted pressure washer. My system is supplied with softened hot tap water.
The first thing I noticed was how much quieter it is compared to a standard 25-degree spray nozzle. With a conventional nozzle, the noise level can be surprisingly high. Even though I live on a one-acre lot with some distance between homes, I often wonder if my neighbors can hear me pressure washing. The eco!Booster noticeably reduces that noise.
I was also impressed by the spray pattern. It is very clean, uniform, and produces virtually no side misting. Because the water stream is so well controlled, it appears that more of the cleaning energy is directed onto the surface rather than being lost to overspray.
As for cleaning performance, I did not conduct any side-by-side testing, so I cannot honestly say it cleaned faster or better than my standard nozzle. However, it performed exactly as advertised and provided a very consistent spray pattern.
One interesting observation was that there is about a half-second delay between pulling the trigger and the pressure washer fully loading the system compared to my standard nozzle. I currently use a 4.0 GPM-rated nozzle, while the eco!Booster does not list a specific GPM rating. Since nozzle flow ratings are typically based on 4,000 PSI, I assume the slight delay may indicate that the eco!Booster uses less water than my conventional 4.0 nozzle, although I have not verified this.
Overall, the eco!Booster performed as Karcher claims. It is quieter, produces an excellent spray pattern, and is reasonably priced. For those reasons, I am glad I decided to give it a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
