I called today and spoke with Ken at Steam-Brite. I told him that I was very happy with my Mytee LTD-3 portable machine. I did a lot of research on portables and the competition is growing but Mytee makes a great machine that is affordable and you can't beat the support. The LTD-3 is a lightweight machine that has all the bells and whistles, 3 stage vac motors, heat, 500 psi, auto pump out and refill...and even chemical metering if needed! The wheels are even great! I ordered a new wand for this machine through Mytee, a 4 prong converter and a auto fill/auto dump kit from Steam-Brite. I also want to thank Steam-Brite for a smooth transaction online and their internet representative for processing my order and calling me to follow up, she was very professional and I appreciate her help. Steam-Brite did a fantastic job with shipping and I picked up the freight at an Old Dominion Freight Offfice close to my house.. Overall, very pleased with Steam-Brite and the Mytee LTD-3!
