Description

This Advance Adphibian extractor / floor scrubber effectively cleans floors and carpets in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and hotels. This dynamic unit allows you to pre-spray and extract carpets and to scrub hard floors with just one machine. It offers a coverage rate of 10,800 sq. ft. per hour in LIFT mode, 6,000 sq. ft. per hour in restoration mode, and 26,000 sq. ft. in hard floor mode. It has a rate of 93 CFM for extraction, 67 CFM for scrubbing, and a 960 RPM brush speed. A 30 second tools-free changeover allows you to switch this unit from functioning as a carpet extractor to a cylindrical scrubber. Plus, a simple button toggles between pre-spraying and extracting modes.

This model includes hard floor mode, restoration mode, LIFT low-moisture cleaning mode, and Deep Treat pre-spray mode to tackle a variety of cleaning tasks. The carpet restoration mode and hard floor mode are designed for general cleaning applications. The specially designed LIFT mode uses an indirect spray to clean and dry carpets in less than 30 minutes, making it ideal for daily carpet cleaning. Plus, its single-spray jet design prevents streaking. The Deep Treat mode automatically applies and agitates pre-spray detergent or encapsulate on heavily soiled carpets for a deep clean.

This machine meets CRI standards for low-moisture and deep-cleaning extraction. It comes with special antimicrobial brushes for cleaning on a wide variety of surfaces. The AXP automatic detergent dispensing system allows you to use any detergent type best suited for your floor surface including green-certified options, helping to minimize water and detergent use. This model also comes equipped with a squeegee to provide 100% water pickup. It emits only 69 decibels during extraction and 66 decibels during scrubbing, making it ideal for daytime cleaning and noise-sensitive spaces.

The 20 gallon solution tank paired with the 16 gallon recovery tank ensures that you can cover large areas without frequent refills or emptying. It includes rubber bumpers and non-marking tires for safe maneuverability around your facility. The large recovery tank provides easy cleaning, while the debris hopper makes it easy to trap and dispose of debris to prevent clogging. For superior convenience, the included (4) 251 Ah wet batteries can be charged by the onboard charger without having to return to a charging station.
