Description

This Advance ES4000 carpet care system effectively cleans carpets in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and hotels. It is designed to efficiently remove water and soil from carpets with quick dry times, making it ideal for both daily carpet maintenance and deep restorative extraction. This design meets CRI standards for deep cleaning extractors, ensuring an effective cleaning performance and the ability to preserve the appearance of carpets. It has a dual 3-stage vacuum motor with an airflow rate of 90 CFM and a water lift of 67" to pull more water out of the carpet. The dual counter rotating brushes provide a 28" cleaning path and operate at a rate of 900 RPM to effectively remove dirt and debris. This unit improves productivity by up to 400% as compared to walk-behind carpet sweepers and extractors.

For easy operation, this machine has intuitive One-Touch controls for all cleaning and operational functions. It includes a dry sweep mode, an interim mode, a pre-treat mode, and a restorative mode to tackle a variety of cleaning tasks. The dry sweep mode has dual brushes for daily sweeping and includes 2-stage filtration to capture dust, while the pre-treat mode allows you to use any green-certified products to pre-treat carpets. This unit also boasts an interim mode that can clean and dry carpet in less than 30 minutes and a restorative mode for deep cleaning.

Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 28 gallon capacity to cover large areas with less frequent refills and emptying. This model boasts a compact design to fit through standard 36" doorways, and it provides superior turning, visual, and clearance abilities. The open operator compartment makes it easy to get on and off of the seat and ensures maximum visibility. Plus, this model has an adjustable steering column that tilts upright for easy access, ensuring comfort for any operator. This model emits only 65 decibels, making it ideal for daytime cleaning and noise-sensitive spaces.

This unit comes with dual cylindrical antimicrobial brushes to easily clean and lift the carpet pile. Its dual laminar flow vacuum shoes provide a more efficient recovery of solution. Plus, it comes with onboard detergent metering to prevent you from needing to pre-mix solution and to help reduce chemical costs and environmental impact. For superior convenience, the included (4) 420 Ah wet batteries can be charged by the included shelf charger.
