Used-Part Condition
This is not a new factory-sealed component. Each unit may have scratches, dust, tool marks, label wear, paint wear, minor oxidation, or other cosmetic differences caused by prior installation, removal, handling, and storage. Cosmetic differences do not automatically indicate a functional defect.
The photographs are representative of the available inventory. Because multiple used units may be available, the exact cosmetic appearance and wire positioning may vary slightly from the unit pictured.
Installation Notice
Installation should be completed by a qualified appliance, HVAC, restoration-equipment, or electrical service technician. Disconnect the dehumidifier from electrical power before inspection or service.
- Verify the original equipment voltage and wiring before connection.
- Transfer wiring one connection at a time or photograph the original wiring before removal.
- Confirm the fan wheel rotates freely before applying power.
- Inspect the mounting flange and air passage for proper alignment and sealing.
- Do not operate the blower with exposed wiring or removed safety panels.
Electrical safety warning:
Improper wiring can damage the motor, control board, wiring harness, or dehumidifier and may create a shock or fire hazard. Professional diagnosis and installation are strongly recommended.
Warranty and Return Information
Includes a 30-day parts warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty applies to the blower assembly only and does not include diagnostic labor, installation labor, removal labor, service calls, travel, shipping expenses, downtime, lost revenue, or damage to other components.
Before requesting warranty assistance, the buyer may be asked to provide the machine model, serial number, installation photographs, wiring photographs, electrical test results, and a description or video of the reported problem.
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, improper wiring, blocked airflow, water exposure, physical damage, improper installation, control-board failure, or use in an incompatible machine is not considered a blower defect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a brand-new blower?
No. This is a used blower assembly removed from a dehumidifier that was taken out of service.
Why was the original machine dismantled?
The donor dehumidifiers were taken out of service because of refrigerant-system leaks rather than because the entire machine was being sold as operational.
Does it fit every SD800, SD1000 or 239H?
Compatibility should not be determined by the machine name alone. Compare the part number, motor label, mounting holes, wiring, connector style, outlet dimensions, and overall appearance before ordering.
Does the warranty include installation labor?
No. The warranty is limited to the replacement part and does not cover labor or service expenses.
Can this part repair a dehumidifier that does not turn on?
Not necessarily. A no-start condition may be caused by the control board, wiring, capacitor, sensor, power supply, safety device, or another component. Diagnose the machine before ordering.
Ordering Recommendation
Before purchase, compare all photographs with the blower currently installed in your machine. When uncertain, send Steam-Brite clear photographs of the original blower, motor label, wiring connections, machine model label, and serial number for review. Photo review can assist with identification but does not replace confirmation by the servicing technician.
Product names, model numbers, and trademarks are used for identification and compatibility reference purposes. Specifications, compatibility, and available inventory are subject to change. Purchase is fulfilled according to the part number ordered.
