Acid Based Coil Cleaner

A powerful, acid based coil cleaner that effectively attacks rust and hard water deposits in pressure washer hot water coils, steam vapor units and truckmounts.  It does not contain mineral acids, such as hydrochloric (muriatic), sufuric and hydrofluoric acids that are commonly used in other coil conditioners.

Uses: Disperse is used to descale lime and mineral deposits from truckmounted and portable heat exchangers.
Use regularly to maintain peak performance of your cleaning equipment.
Food grade acid is safer to use than most other products.

 SAFER FOR THE OPERATOR – powdered descalers are safer than liquid descalers as they reduce opportunities for splash injury and make handling easier.

Directions: Option 1.) Truck-mounts with water box/ mix tank: 1.a.) Install blank open ended quick disconnect to end of pressure hose. 1.b.) Lift lid off water box and make sure water box is full of water. 1.c.) Place open end of pressure hose with mix tank and turn on truckmount so water cycles around from tank through heat exchangers, down hose and back into mix tank. 1.d.) Slowly add Disperse into water in mix tank. 1.e.) Continue to run truckmount until temperature in water box is hot (120 degrees F.) 1.f.) Turn off truckmount for 30 minuets. 1.g.) Hook truckmount to fresh water and flush out Disperse.

Option 2.) For truckmouts that don't have a water box, you will have to simulate one by taking a 5 gallon bucket and place a submersible pump into bucket and fill with 2 gallons of water. Place open end of pressure hose into bucket and cycle the water from water transfer pump into truck- mout through heat exchangers and back to the bucket again. Follow steps 1.d. through 1.g. mentioned above.

Option 3.) For portable use, add 2 gallons of water in fresh water tank. Hook pump priming hose to front pressure fitting and place open end of pressure hose inside of fresh water tank. Turn on pump and heater. Follow directions 1.d. through 1.g.
