Description
This product has been chemically formulated to extend the life of carpet cleaning and other types of industrial equipment. With regular use of this product, users will see an overwhelming improvement in the operation of their equipment. Truckmount Descaler effectively removes lime film, calcium carbonate, magnesium arbonate, iron stains, and scale from heat exchangers, piping and lines of common industrial equipment used in today's carpet cleaning industry. Also with the use of this product, water heating and flow is greatly improved. Truckmount Descaler is an acid based product; therefore, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum can be cleaned effectively with its use.

Directions
Adjust output temperature to approximately 120f and turn metering valve to highest mixture. Remove chemical pick up tube from detergent container and allow any remaining detergent to drain from tube. Place pick up tube into descaler container. Start machine to allow descaler to run through system until the blue color is seen at the other end of solution hose. Turn off equipment and allow sitting for 5‐10 minutes. Restart equipment. Replace descaler container with a container of clean water and repeat procedure. Replace detergent feeder container.

Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
